Ezgi Sen

Ezgi Sen worked on the investigation of transcriptional mechanisms associated with therapy resistance in luminal A subtype breast cancers during her undergraduate studies. She then joined the DKFZ for pursuing a master degree in Cancer Biology where she developed a keen interest in the integration of multi-omics data, recognizing its potential to provide comprehensive insights into complex biological systems. In her Master’s thesis work she now focuses on the integration of single-cell multi-omics approaches to dissect the bone marrow microenvironment in patients with multiple myeloma, specifically investigating changes that occur during the course of therapy.
