Isabelle Seufert

Isabelle Seufert (née Lander) has worked on genome-wide association studies at Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute UK and the identification of clinically relevant biomarkers for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma at German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). She obtained her Master’s in Molecular Biotechnology at Heidelberg University with a strong focus on Bioinformatics. Currently, she is studying transcriptional regulation with multi-omics single cell sequencing data. She is particularly interested in the regulatory impact of chromatin on transcriptional dynamics at a genome-wide scale.
